Dropping deeper into self with a gentle centering practice .Letting the mind find space and peace to quieten and expand to awareness of the infinite consciousness. 


Moving through a gentle asana practice allowing body freedom and expansion for life force Prana to flow into each and every cell. Ease and Joy in the body.


 Breathwork .. the buzz word atm. The ancient yogis knew all about the power of our breath. Time for pranayama, control of the breath to let all distractions and doubt flow away. Connecting to the perfection within, yes, we are all perfect and whole as we move deeper to Our true self.


Mantra brings unity and nourishes the soul. Simple yet profound, Sanskrit mantra shared opens the heart. Love, love, love radiates from within and flows outwards into our Shala, our community our world. 


Single pointed Mindfulness follows with a clear and peaceful mind. Time to dwell in absolute bliss.


Lying down and supported by the earth to gain benefit from practice in relaxation finishes this traditional practice 🙏 


Remove discord from the mind, retraining gently to be less triggered, more resilient and peaceful.

Lesley teaches in a compassionate and gentle manner with 0ver 20 years of teaching experience. She continually deepens her knowledge through courses and discourses from various Yoga Masters and traditions.
