We are excited to hold This Prenatal (Pregnancy) Yoga 6 Week Course. Noeline will be sharing her new pregnancy journey
along with her passion in Yoga, Meditation and Well-being.
Created to combat pregnancy tension, support common aches and pains associated with your changing body throughout pregnancy, open into the hips and pelvis, build strength and resilience, and explore pregnancy breathing and relaxation techniques. Each class is specifically tailored and designed to support you through the journey of pregnancy- all in a safe environment with full COVID-19 restrictions in place. This is the perfect way to bring Yoga into your life and gift yourself this time to practice and connect.
Cost $130 ( 6wks) 10% Donated to our local non-for profit community services.
