Ok, we know and respect that asana is simply the movement of the body into postures which help with strengthening, alignment, energy flow, body awareness and that there is much , much more to learn in our yoga practice and enjoy … deepening inwards to Self with pranayama (breath) and meditation . But the movement of the body is vital to master if we are to master our mind .
