Alana is bringing Wednesday evening Yin back to the Shala!

From 2 July at 5.30pm you are welcome to come and slow down , turn inward at our beautiful quiet & peaceful studio for 75 mins .

A few words from Alana..



Hi friends, 

 

It is with great joy that I return to Port Douglas Yoga to share the soothing and nourishing practice of Yin Yoga on Wednesday evenings. My practice has evolved into a slower and more introspective ritual, reflecting the changes that occur with age and the progression of the yoga journey. I feel yin is the perfect antidote to modern-day life: encouraging one to return to stillness and presence whilst dissolving the binds which keep the mind and the body clinging to ‘doing’ as opposed to living in the fullness of being. 

 

I would love for you to join me and gift yourself 75 minutes of uninterrupted conscious rest.  As a welcome offer, for the first month (all of July) you can bring a friend for free!
