Celebrate Yoga Day with Us at Port Douglas Yoga! šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøāœØ

Are you curious about yoga but hesitant to dive into a long class? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Join us on Sunday, June 22, for a 30-minute introductory class at our beautiful Shala. No strings attached—just a chance to explore the world of yoga in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We have a whole morningĀ of yoga planned in 30 min increments. Its free!!

Stay for 1 or stay for it all, it’s up to you.


The Day's Events:

9.30am - Centering, breathwork, coming home to Self - Lesley

10.10am - Awaken & warm up the jointsĀ -Ā  Belu

10.50am - Morning practice - Vinyasa - Tricia

11.30am - Explore the benefits & depth of stillness with Yin - Schell

12.10pmĀ - Yoga Nidra (relaxation) - Noeline


Each Segment is 30 mins

Please arrive ready 5 mins prior, we have mats.
