Meditation and Mindfulness: Building Resilience for daily life
Over the course of the next 4 weeks, Meditation class will be held every Thursday evening at 5.30pm. You will learn the practice and benefits of Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama and how recent studies and neuroscience have come to support our Ancient practice.
We will learn how to build a greater understanding of the mind body connection, as well as the role of your breath and nervous system, in the journey to free yourself of obsessive thinking, fear and self doubt.
With regular practice, you can access the inner safe place to experience true interconnectedness, health and Joy.
A commitment of 4 weeks will allow you to embark fully week by week, while taking home essential tools for every day modern pressures.
