4 week Meditation course
Rewire the brain through Mindfulness Meditation and mindfulness Class will commence next Thursday the 6th Feb for 4 weeks only. This will offer both beginners and current meditators the opportunity to explore the depths of mindfulness to assist with calming the mind from obsessive thinking. How to live with the present, build self awareness, compassion and gratitude to offer more ease into daily life. You will also learn from the recent and proven research in neuroscience that supports meditation can rewire our brains in a positive way.

The block of 4 classes is $60 or casual is $20.
